Charlotte was born in Loudon, TN on January 13, 1943 to her parents Albert [Buck] & Edna [Jenkins] Reynolds. She is MUCH LOVED and WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED BY ALL her family and friends. She was a Loving,Wonderful,Dedicated Wife to John D.; Momma to Angela,Charles,Carla,[Father -Carl Norris]& Meagan; MamMaw 1/Mammy to David M., Garrett, Paden, Bobby, & David; Sister to Ethel [Tootsie] & to her brother-Kenneth [Hawkeye];and Aunt-ShaSha to Donna,Elizabeth, & Erin, and always loving daughter. /  She was affectionately called Sha Sha by the kids in her 'Little Angels' singing class @ Vaughn Chapel Church-She dearly loved teaching this class... She was always young at heart... / She Loved her God, Family, Church, and Friends...She loved talking and being with people... She went to be with her Lord & Savior September 21,2013-after a brave and valiant fight beginning July 31,2013 that arose from a urinary tract infection that went septic... She will FOREVER BE MISSED & BE IN OUR HEARTS, MEMORIES & LIVES! WE LOVE YOU DEEPLY ALWAYS,MOMMA/MOMMY ~ MAMMAW 1, MAMMY!

Obituary

Charlotte L. (Reynolds) Delaney - age 70 of Lenoir City, went home to be
with her Lord and Savior, Saturday, September 21, 2013 after a valiant
fight. She was faithful Christian, a longtime and active member of
Vaughn Chapel Baptist Church, Lenoir City. Preceded in death by her
parents, Albert F. “Buck” and Edna (Jenkins) Reynolds and brother,
Kenneth “Hawkeye” Reynolds. She was loving and devoted to her husband of
almost 25 years, John D. Delaney; and during her lifetime to her
children and spouses, Angela N. Nobles (Ken), Sweetwater, Carla N. Ross
(David), Lenoir City, Charles Norris (Melissa), Loudon and Meagan
Delaney (fiancée, Michael), S.C.; grandchildren, David C. May, Garrett
and Paden Norris, Bobby and David Burchfield; great grandchild, Keyleigh
Burchfield; sister, Ethel “Tootsie” Vaughn; niece, Donna Edmonds; great
niece, Beth E. Courtney; great-great niece, Erin Courtney. Charlotte
held a special place in her heart for the “Little Angels” Children’s
Music class at church where she was affectionately called “Sha-sha”. She
will forever be in our hearts. Services honoring and remembering
Charlotte Delaney will be held 7:30 PM Monday, Sept. 23rd, Vaughn Chapel
Baptist Church, Rev. Jason Brookshear and Rev. Randy Lemming
officiating. Interment 11:00 AM Tuesday in Loudon County Memorial
Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Vaughn Chapel Baptist
Church, 850 Vaughn Chapel Rd. Lenoir City, TN 37771. The family will
receive friends 5:30 – 7:30 PM Monday prior to the service at the Vaughn
Chapel Baptist Church. McGill-Karnes Funeral Home, Loudon, TN.
